Some members hold functions within OSHCA, elected for a defined
period of time, or as volunteers. Their duties are listed following.

Molly Cheah |
- preside at all general meetings and all meetings of the committee
- be responsible for the proper conduct of all such meetings;
- have the casting vote and sign the minutes of each meeting;
- may in conjunction with the Treasurer sign all cheques on behalf of OSHCA

| Deputy President |

- deputise for the President during the latter's absence
|
| Secretary |
Joseph Dal Molin |
- conduct the business of OSHCA in accordance with the constitution
- carry out the instructions of the general meeting and of the committee
- be responsible for conducting all correspondence and keeping all books,
documents and paper except the accounts and financial records
- attend all meetings, and record all proceedings
- keep a membership register
- may in conjunction with the Treasurer sign all cheques on behalf of OSHCA
- file annual returns within 60 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting
to the Registrar of Societies in the country of registration of OSHCA
