OSHCA is a trademark held in trust for OSHCA by Minoru Development Corporation.
Incorporation of OSHCA as a non-profit organisation is now underway. The following documents were lodged with Corporations Canada in late October 2003. News of the results of that process, and plans for the next steps will appear here later.
