In an email dating back to April 2004, Christian Heller as OSHCA member asked the Health On the Net (HON) Foundation whether they would allow to use the logo, created by them for the OSHCA 2004 conference held in Geneva, for the OSHCA website. Celia Boyer of HON (holding the copyright on the logo) sent a positive answer and officially permitted OSHCA to further on use the logo and to place it under the GNU FDL license.
